Returns & Exchanges

Policy

We stand behind everything we produce. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Read this policy carefully before reaching out — it outlines exactly what we can and can't do, and what we need from you to resolve issues fast.


Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 10 days of confirmed delivery. After 10 days, all sales are final with no exceptions. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original, unaltered condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will not be returned to sender.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • All limited drop items (marked final sale at time of purchase)
  • Custom, made-to-order, and cut & sew production pieces
  • Original art and one-of-one collectibles
  • Items showing any signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Digital products and design files

Exchanges

We only process exchanges for items that were received defective, damaged in transit, or sent incorrectly. Size exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to available inventory at the time of the request. We do not exchange items due to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect size ordered when size guides were provided
  • Fit preference or personal style changes
  • Color variations from screen display

Review all size guides and product details carefully before ordering. All sizing information is provided on each product page.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at rych@lcldlrs.com within 48 hours of delivery. Your message must include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and the damage or error
  • Photo of the original packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted. Do not ship anything back without written authorization from us first. Unauthorized returns will be refused at delivery.


Refund Process

Once a return is authorized and received, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the error is ours
  • Store credit may be issued as an alternative at our discretion

Items that fail inspection will be returned to the customer at their expense. We will not issue refunds for items that do not meet our return conditions.


How to Start a Return

  • Email rych@lcldlrs.com with subject line: RETURN — [Your Order Number]
  • Include your reason for the return and supporting photos if applicable
  • Wait for written authorization before shipping anything
  • Ship using a trackable carrier and retain your tracking number
  • Unauthorized returns will be refused at delivery

Production Service Orders

All production service orders — including blanks sourcing, sampling, cut & sew, and print/embroidery — are non-refundable once work has commenced. Deposit payments are non-refundable under all circumstances. If a production error is ours, we will correct it at no additional cost. Disputes regarding production services must be raised within 5 business days of order delivery.
