Lcl Dlrs LLC is a Los Angeles-based streetwear brand and production house operating under the laws of the State of California. These terms govern all transactions and interactions through lcldlrs.com.

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed. Limited drop items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and are not restocked once sold out. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Production Services

All production service inquiries submitted through the Services page are subject to a separate service agreement provided upon project acceptance. Submission of the intake form does not constitute a binding contract. Work does not begin until both parties have agreed to terms and a deposit has been received. All deposits are non-refundable once work commences.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including but not limited to logos, graphics, product designs, photography, copy, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of Lcl Dlrs LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. No content may be reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of Lcl Dlrs intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lcl Dlrs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California. By using this site, you consent to this jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
