Every order is processed with care. Read below so you know exactly when to expect your order and what to do if something goes wrong in transit.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. During high-volume drop periods, processing may extend to 5–7 business days — we will communicate any delays via email.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on package size and destination.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing (when available)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping thresholds may apply during promotional periods.


International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to select countries. International delivery times vary by destination:

  • Canada & Mexico: 7–14 business days
  • Europe: 10–20 business days
  • All other regions: 14–30 business days

International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are not controlled by Lcl Dlrs. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to populate after the label is generated. If you have not received a tracking email within 7 business days of your order, contact us at rych@lcldlrs.com.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Lcl Dlrs is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors and building management
  • Contact the carrier directly to file a claim
  • Email us at rych@lcldlrs.com so we can assist where possible

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout for high-value orders. We are not liable for carrier errors, delays, or losses once the package has been tendered to the carrier.


Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at rych@lcldlrs.com. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
